Growing Banking & Private Credit team in Houston seeks associates with transactional finance experience to support a market-leading practice advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and private credit providers across syndicated and private markets.

The role involves working on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending and private credit transactions, with opportunities to work across capital structures and complex loan documents. Candidates with energy and infrastructure experience are particularly welcome.

Minimum of 2 years' transactional finance experience (general finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and/or private credit)
Experienced in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and ancillary transaction documents
Comfortable working on syndicated and private credit matters; ability to manage deal workflows and client-facing deliverables
Energy & infrastructure experience preferred
