Join a global firm's Financial Restructuring & Insolvency group as an associate focusing on bankruptcy litigation. You will work on contested Chapter 11 matters, adversary proceedings, and related commercial litigation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include supporting trials and hearings, managing all phases of discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting complex legal research under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and assisting with contested plan confirmation, preference and fraudulent-transfer claims, and other insolvency-related disputes. The role offers exposure to cross-border Chapter 15 issues and collaboration with senior litigators on high-profile matters.

1–3 years of litigation experience with interest in bankruptcy and restructuring litigation
Experience with trials, depositions, discovery, brief writing and litigation strategy
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials
Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative team player with good communication skills
