Top-tier international law firm is seeking an associate with 1–3 years' experience to join a market-leading bankruptcy litigation team in Chicago. The role offers substantive exposure to contested elements of Chapter 11 cases, adversary proceedings and related commercial litigation across both domestic and cross-border matters.

You will work closely with senior litigators on fast-paced, high-profile restructurings — handling discovery and depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and supporting trial and confirmation proceedings. The team values collaborative associates who are organized, proactive, and eager to develop deeper expertise in bankruptcy litigation strategy.

1–3 years' litigation experience (bankruptcy litigation experience preferred)
Strong academic record and admission to the relevant state bar
Proven drafting, research, and advocacy skills; courtroom or deposition experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and take initiative
