Top-tier international firm is seeking a 1–3 year associate to join its Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Miami, focusing on contested Chapter 11 and bankruptcy-related litigation. The team handles complex, high-profile restructuring matters and offers exposure to adversary proceedings, plan confirmation litigation and contested bankruptcy hearings.

The role involves drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, supporting discovery and depositions, preparing for trial, and working closely with senior litigators on strategy and client advice. This is a collaborative, fast-paced position with frequent opportunities for courtroom and substantive litigation experience.

1–3 years post-qualifying litigation experience, with exposure to bankruptcy or commercial litigation preferred
Strong legal research, writing and drafting skills; experience with discovery and depositions
Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to become admitted) and excellent academic credentials
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple matters under supervision; collaborative team player
