Associate — Business Immigration (Chicago)

Seeking an associate to join a busy business immigration team in Chicago supporting U.S. and global immigration matters. This is an off-track associate role focusing on employer‑sponsored visa petitions, RFE responses and PERM labor certification support.

The role involves drafting petition materials and client communications, managing multiple assignments using case management tools, and monitoring agency guidance and policy developments to advise employer clients on mobility compliance and cross‑border moves.

This position is bonus‑eligible and includes standard benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

• 1–3 years of U.S. business immigration experience; global immigration experience a plus
• Admission to and good standing with the Illinois bar
• Strong drafting and case‑management skills; meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent legal writing, client‑service orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities; writing sample required
