- 4–6 years' experience in bankruptcy, restructuring or special-situations work at a national or international law firm.
- Experience on complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, including negotiating plans, financing arrangements, asset sales, and restructuring support agreements.
- Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and client‑management skills; sound judgment and ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters.
- Admission to the New York bar; strong academic credentials preferred.
