Experienced corporate associate opportunity to join a Denver-based capital markets and corporate compliance practice. The role focuses on securities, corporate governance, compliance matters and public offerings, with exposure to cross-border transactions and M&A.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 4–5 years of corporate practice experience, including capital markets and corporate compliance matters
• Experience with securities laws (Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act of 1934), corporate governance, public offerings, and M&A; experience with cross-border transactions a plus
• Admission to the Colorado bar or eligibility for admission
• Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills; strong academic record
