Top-tier international firm seeks a capital markets associate to join its corporate group in Houston or Austin. The team advises on a full range of securities transactions, including public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt, direct listings and other capital-raising structures for US and cross-border clients.

The role will sit on a busy, sophisticated capital markets desk and work on transactional matters and ongoing public-company representation. You will collaborate with senior deal teams and centralized securities-specialist resources to deliver practical, regulatory-focused advice on listings, SEC disclosure and complex financing structures.

Minimum of 3 years' qualifying capital markets or public company transactional experience (US-focused)
Strong drafting and SEC disclosure experience on public offerings, IPOs and other securities transactions
Ability to manage multiple deals and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced practice
Excellent academic and professional references; admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction preferred
