Top-tier global law firm seeks capital markets associates to join its New York corporate team. The practice handles a full range of securities matters including public offerings, private placements, high-yield transactions, derivatives and novel capital-raising structures for issuers, sponsors and underwriters.

Successful candidates will work on complex, market-leading transactions alongside experienced capital markets lawyers and centralized securities specialists, gaining exposure to cross-border deals and regulatory issues. This is an opportunity to develop a sophisticated securities practice at a firm with significant market presence.

Minimum 2 years’ PQE in capital markets / securities transactional work
Experience with public offerings, private placements or other capital-raising transactions
Strong drafting and deal-execution skills; able to work efficiently on large, time-sensitive matters
J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or progress toward admission
