High‑calibre Capital Markets Associate (NQ–2 PQE) sought for a busy Hong Kong team advising on cross‑border debt and equity capital markets transactions across Asia and internationally. Work includes DCM (bond issuances, MTN programmes, regulatory capital instruments, hybrids) and support on ECM and equity‑linked deals.

The role offers regular client exposure and responsibility for drafting and negotiating offering documents, subscription/underwriting agreements and programme documentation, liaising with regulators and exchanges, and coordinating multi‑jurisdictional executions with international offices.

This is a technically focused, transaction‑heavy role in a collaborative team with strong deal flow and clear opportunities for practice development and client‑facing responsibility.

Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction preferred
NQ–2 years' PQE with relevant capital markets experience (DCM preferred), ideally from a top international or leading regional practice
Strong drafting, analytical and transaction‑management skills; experience with offering circulars/prospectuses and programme documentation
Commercial, proactive, able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Effective communicator with a client‑focused mindset; fluent English and native Mandarin required
