Leading German practice recruiting for a Capital Markets associate to join the Düsseldorf office. The team advises on the full spectrum of equity and debt capital markets work including IPOs, private placements, capital increases, high-yield and hybrid bonds, stock exchange listings and related corporate-transactional and public takeover matters.

Role responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, advising on regulatory and listing issues, and supporting complex cross-border deals. The position suits both recent qualifiers and candidates with prior capital-markets experience who are comfortable working on high‑profile, innovative transactions.

German law degree with at least satisfactory exam results
