Associate — Capital Markets & M&A, Singapore

Well-regarded corporate team in Singapore is hiring a Singapore-qualified Associate to work across capital markets and mergers & acquisitions matters. The role offers exposure to public and private transactions across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

Day-to-day work will include advising on equity and debt offerings, rights issues, takeovers and scheme work, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, delistings/privatisations and private equity investments. The team advises on regulatory, disclosure and corporate governance issues as part of transactional mandates.

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with approximately 2–4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in public and private M&A and capital markets transactions (placements, rights issues, bonds, listings/delistings, takeovers, schemes).
• Strong drafting, communication and research skills; commitment to technical excellence and client service.
• Commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work independently and in teams.
