Associate — Capital Markets (Minneapolis)

Growing national law firm is seeking a securities associate to join its Capital Markets team in Minneapolis (candidates in other U.S. offices may be considered). The practice advises issuers, underwriters, investors and other market participants on debt, equity and structured financings, as well as related regulatory and advisory matters.

The role will focus on public offerings, private placements (including PIPEs), registration statements and offering document drafting, transaction management and due diligence leadership. The team values strong writing, superior academics and the ability to manage multiple assignments with limited supervision.

The firm supports a hybrid in-office model with attorneys expected to be in the office part of the week to facilitate collaboration. The posted initial salary range for this position is $210,000–$255,000, with additional benefits and bonus opportunities.

• 2–3 years of securities/capital markets experience at a large law firm
• Direct experience with public securities offerings, private placements/PIPEs and drafting registration statements
• Familiarity with public company reporting and corporate governance requirements preferred
• Strong writing, transaction management and due diligence leadership skills
