Associate — Capital Markets (New York)

High-quality opportunity for associates to join a busy capital markets team in New York. The role focuses on US securities offerings and related public-company work across equity and debt transactions.

We are looking for candidates from law school class years 2021–2023 with demonstrated deal experience in capital markets matters. The team provides exposure to large, complex public offerings and collaborative cross-office matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admission or eligibility to be admitted in New York preferred
• Law school class years 2021–2023
• Substantive experience on US securities offerings (equity and/or debt)
• Strong drafting, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced deals
