Associate — Capital Markets (Securities), New York

Experienced capital markets associate sought for a busy New York securities practice within a nationally recognized international firm. The role focuses on public securities offerings and ongoing public-company representation across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative capital markets team, manage client workstreams, and handle SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters for sophisticated issuers and underwriters.

• 3–7 years' US capital markets/public securities experience at a national or international law firm
• Track record representing issuers and/or underwriters on public offerings (including IPOs) and equity or equity-linked transactions
• Experience advising public companies on SEC/exchange reporting and corporate governance
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, project management, and client-service skills
