Growing capital markets team in New York seeks a 3–7 year associate with solid public securities experience. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked transactions) and advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance.

Successful candidates will manage transaction workstreams, support client relationships across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors, and work collaboratively within an internationally oriented corporate practice. 3–7 years PQE in capital markets/public securities at a national or international law firm
Experience on public offerings (IPOs and other equity/equity-linked deals) and SEC/exchange reporting
Track record advising public companies and managing client-facing workstreams
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and excellent drafting and transactional skills
