Associate — Capital Markets (Securitization) — Charlotte

Seeking an experienced capital markets associate to join a US-based firm’s Charlotte office. The role focuses on securitization and structured finance matters across private securities offerings, CLO/ABS and related asset-backed lending transactions.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of transactional matters for corporate and institutional clients, collaborating with senior deal teams on structuring, documentation and closing processes. This is a candidate-facing, practice-focused role in a busy capital markets group.

• Approximately 8+ years of transactional experience in securitization, structured finance, CLO/ABS or related bank/asset-backed lending
• Strong securities and capital markets drafting and documentation skills
• Proven law firm experience on private offerings, securitizations or syndicated/asset-backed lending transactions
• Excellent academic record and ability to work efficiently on complex deals
