Associate — Capital Markets, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a 3rd–6th year corporate associate to join a leading global capital markets practice based in Washington, D.C. The team advises on a broad range of securities transactions — from IPOs, direct listings and equity offerings to high-yield and hybrid capital financings — and supports clients across industries and jurisdictions.

The group works closely with a centralized D.C.-based national team of former SEC officials and senior capital markets lawyers to provide real-time regulatory and listing advice on complex matters. Successful candidates will join a collaborative, market-leading practice handling high-profile and cross-border transactions.

• 3–6 years post-qualification corporate experience (capital markets or debt finance focus)
• Substantive experience on equity offerings (IPOs, direct listings), high-yield or hybrid capital transactions, or on acquisition financings, syndicated term loans or direct-lending matters
• Comfort with securities- and listing-related regulatory issues and complex transaction execution
• Ability to work efficiently on large, cross-border deals in a fast-paced team environment
