Join a growing Charities & Social Ventures team advising impact-driven organisations, philanthropists and mission-led start-ups on governance, regulatory, transactional and operational matters. The team handles complex, cross-sector and cross-border work and partners with specialist lawyers across practice areas to deliver integrated advice.

This role offers exposure to charity regulation, establishment and growth strategies, international expansion and sustainability planning. The successful candidate will manage client matters, draft legal documents, support business development and contribute to building a premium, innovative practice.

1–3 years' PQE in charity, non-profit or related practice; candidates from other practices with demonstrable interest in the impact sector are welcome
Strong academics, excellent drafting, organisational and client-care skills
Comfortable managing own workload, working on cross-border and multi-disciplinary matters, and using legal technology/AI tools to improve efficiency
Team player, adaptable, commercially aware and able to support business development activities
