Top-tier finance team in New York seeks a mid-level associate to work on structured finance, CLO/ABL and related capital markets matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for private securities offerings, securitizations and asset-backed or structured lending arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have solid law firm experience on finance matters, strong drafting and deal-execution skills, and excellent academic credentials. The group offers exposure to complex, market-facing transactions and collaboration with senior deal teams.

2–6+ years of relevant law firm experience (capital markets, securitization, structured lending, or bank/syndicated lending)
Experience with CLO, ABS or CMBS work is a plus but not required
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills
Excellent academic record and clear ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment
