An established real estate team is seeking two junior Associates (0–2 PQE) to join its Commercial Development & Investment practice in Birmingham. The role offers exposure to high-value, strategic development and investment work across industrial, logistics, retail, office and other commercial sectors.

You will support and work alongside senior fee-earners on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals of land and investment assets, structuring development transactions and heads of terms, pre-lettings/lettings, sale and leaseback, and real estate aspects of financing schemes. The post involves drafting and negotiating contracts and associated deeds, title investigation, searches and completions work.

Qualified solicitor with 0–2 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate or development transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase contracts, transfers, leases and associated deeds; comfortable with title review and Land Registry matters
Ability to manage a caseload to tight deadlines, with strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with clients, agents and multi-disciplinary project teams
