Join a busy commercial disputes team in Leeds handling national and international litigation and arbitration. This role offers early-career associates the chance to work on high‑calibre commercial disputes, supported by structured training and clear progression pathways.

The team uses a mix of court proceedings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions. The role is collaborative, involving cross‑practice engagement and opportunities to develop sector knowledge across retail, transport, tech, energy and financial services.

You will be based in Leeds and supported by formal training, mentoring and development programmes to build technical skills and client handling experience.

Qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales.
1–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial disputes, ideally from private practice.
Practical experience of litigation and/or arbitration and drafting pleadings, commercial contracts or related documents.
Strong legal research, drafting and client‑facing skills; commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
