We are seeking a commercial disputes Associate to join a busy Manchester disputes team. The role offers a varied caseload across commercial litigation and cross-border disputes, working alongside experienced disputed‑resolution lawyers and supporting complex matters across sectors.

This is a career-development role with exposure to court and arbitral proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and opportunities to develop specialist skills (eg fraud, construction, insurance, IP and financial disputes). You will be supported with formal business‑development training and encouraged to contribute to the team’s growth.

Qualified solicitor with c.3+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial disputes or litigation.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedure.
Excellent drafting, advocacy and communication skills.
Commercial, pragmatic approach to client issues and ability to meet deadlines in a busy practice.
Collaborative team player with willingness to engage in business development, training and cross‑office work.
