Mid-level associate role on a commercial finance team in Atlanta supporting sophisticated secured lending and leveraged finance matters. You will work on syndicated lending, asset-based and sponsor-backed financings, mezzanine/second-lien structures, and acquisition financings in collaboration with M&A colleagues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating credit agreements and ancillary documents, performing legal analysis, and helping manage transactions from structuring through closing. The team offers a collaborative environment and exposure to complex, high-profile financings.

At least 2 years' experience in commercial finance or related practice
Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, leveraged/sponsor-backed financings and/or mezzanine lending preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong academic credentials
