Growing litigation team in Calgary seeks an associate with experience in commercial dispute resolution. The role will involve assisting on complex commercial and energy-related litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice and client-facing work under senior counsel.

The team handles a mix of domestic and cross-border disputes across the energy and corporate-commercial sectors. This is an opportunity to develop courtroom and advocacy skills while working on high-stakes commercial matters alongside experienced litigators.

1–3 years post-qualification litigation or commercial disputes experience.
Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage files, meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
Interest or experience in energy-sector matters considered an asset.
