International law firm seeks an Associate to join its Frankfurt Commercial Litigation team. The role offers early responsibility on complex national and cross-border disputes, including post-transaction litigation, bank- and real-estate-related disputes, and shareholder/organ liability matters.

You will work closely with colleagues across offices on international mandates, handle both pre‑litigation advice and court proceedings, and contribute to client-facing strategy and written submissions.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) — entry level to several years' litigation experience welcome
Interest in commercial disputes, M&A-related litigation, banking and real-estate disputes
Very good English and strong written and oral communication skills
Team player with commercial mindset and excellent academic credentials
