Responsibilities include legal research and drafting, case management, coordinating with colleagues and support staff, and participating in client meetings. Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission or pending admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Approximately 4 years of litigation experience at a law firm (commercial/business litigation focus)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent communication, organization, and case-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment; federal clerkship a plus
