Top-tier Paris office seeks an associate to join its commercial litigation team. You will handle contentious mandates across business law — commercial disputes, corporate litigation, directors' liability, construction and real estate matters — for a mix of PME, ETI and large national and international clients.

The role requires autonomy on files while working closely with a partner; you will contribute to case strategy, draft pleadings, manage court procedures and participate in client meetings. There is also an expectation to support development of the contentious practice and the local office.

Qualified to practice in France (Bar admission)
Experience in business/commercial litigation (several years preferred)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, comfortable with courtroom procedure
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with senior lawyers; commercial mindset for business development
