Experienced litigation associate opportunity in Philadelphia to join a complex business and commercial litigation team at a national AmLaw firm. The role focuses on litigating a wide range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including financial fraud, securities, contract and fiduciary matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan and UCC disputes, construction litigation, and related proceedings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, managing and responding to complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, handling court appearances, mediations and arbitrations, and preparing matters for trial. The team handles matters for clients across industries and appears in trial and appellate forums as well as regulatory proceedings.

The position is based in Philadelphia and operates on a hybrid work model. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required.

3–5 years of commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts
Demonstrated experience with motions practice, depositions, complex discovery, and trial preparation
Experience handling matters involving financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary disputes, and related commercial claims
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required
Strong advocacy, written drafting, and client-management skills
