Top-tier national litigation team seeks a Staff Attorney to support complex eDiscovery and litigation-support work in mass torts, MDLs, class actions and related personal-injury/product-liability matters. The role focuses on executing eDiscovery workflows, second-level document review, privilege/responsiveness analysis, and producing case summaries to support motion, deposition and trial preparation.

This is a full-time attorney position with flexible workplace options (in‑office, hybrid or fully remote depending on candidate preference). The role requires strong judgment, independent project management, and close collaboration with case teams to develop review strategies and leverage analytics/TAR tools. The position is an employee role and requires pausing outside law‑practice engagements for the duration of employment.

J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission in good standing with the state bar
Minimum 2+ years' litigation experience with a focus on eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex civil litigation
Experience with major eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Disco or similar)
Familiarity with analytics and technology‑assisted review (TAR); strong project‑management and communication skills
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset
