We are seeking an attorney to join our Litigation group in Philadelphia. This non-partnership-track position focuses on product liability and asbestos litigation, with opportunities to manage a case docket, take and defend depositions, and appear in court.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts, including product liability and asbestos matters. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and admission to the Pennsylvania bar are required.

Responsibilities include analyzing complex legal issues, producing timely and well-reasoned work product, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, mentoring junior lawyers, and traveling as needed. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office presence and some flexibility for remote work.
