A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its toxic tort and asbestos practices in its Philadelphia office. The role involves managing all phases of toxic tort and asbestos litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

The firm's asbestos practice spans more than four decades, defending clients nationwide in state and federal courts. It serves as national, regional, and local counsel for manufacturers, distributors, contractors, premises owners, and entities in the shipbuilding, energy, education, and construction sectors. The practice has extensive experience with exposure claims involving asbestos, benzene, diacetyl, carbon monoxide, and other chemical products.

While prior toxic tort experience is preferred, the firm also welcomes developing attorneys with strong litigation skills in any arena and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort law. The firm is collaborative and growing.

1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Strong research and writing skills
Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars required; Delaware Bar admission is a plus
Substantive litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in toxic tort law
