This position offers exposure to US and continental European instructions and opportunities to contribute to know-how and technology initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with strong academic and technical credentials
Experience in employee share plans, equity-based compensation and related employee tax issues
Comfortable with cross-border work and liaising with overseas teams (US/Europe)
Proactive, commercial and client-facing; able to manage matters and meet chargeable targets
Good drafting skills, attention to detail and interest in business development
