Associate — Competition & EU Law, Madrid

Leading Madrid office seeks an associate with 3–5 years’ experience in antitrust and EU competition work. The role involves advising on competition law matters for a mix of domestic and cross-border matters, working in a team-oriented environment and supporting senior lawyers on contentious and advisory mandates.

The appointment is offered on a permanent contract with a structured training programme, language and skills development, and opportunities for international secondments. The team values strong oral and written communication, initiative and collaborative working.

• 3–5 years’ PQE in antitrust / EU competition law.
• Fluent English and strong Spanish; excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Good academic record, attention to detail and team-player attitude.
• Interest in cross-border transactional and regulatory work; willingness to travel or take secondments.
