Growing national law firm seeking a litigation associate to join the Columbus office. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and employment-related disputes, working on matters with regional and national scope.

Successful candidates will work with experienced trial and appellate teams on motions, depositions and case strategy, with opportunities for substantive responsibility and professional development. The office supports flexible and remote work arrangements as appropriate.

2–5 years of substantial litigation experience, including motion practice and depositions; appellate experience preferred
Excellent legal writing, research and analytical skills; self-starter able to manage matters with limited supervision
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Commitment to client service and collaborating within litigation teams
