Associate — Condominium/Co-op Property Damage Litigation, Rye Brook

Growing litigation team in Westchester seeks an associate to handle condominium and co‑op property damage matters. The role focuses on defending boards in inter‑building disputes and alleged breaches of governance and fiduciary duty.

Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation: drafting and responding to pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. The position offers competitive compensation and a standard benefits package, with a hybrid work arrangement.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, with substantive experience defending condominium and co‑op boards preferred
• Admission to the New York Bar required
