Associate, Condo/Coop Property Damage Litigation — Rye Brook, NY

Well-established national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Rye Brook, NY office to defend condominium and cooperative boards in property-damage and governance disputes. The role involves managing matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice and oral advocacy.

The team handles inter-building damage claims and alleged breaches of building governance and fiduciary duties. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a standard employee benefits package.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, ideally defending condo and co-op boards or handling property-damage disputes
• Admission to the New York Bar required
• Experience managing all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions and hearings
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical and oral advocacy skills
