You'll work on a mix of drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and client counseling alongside a dedicated team led by a former chief of a state real estate finance bureau. The team handles complex condo/co-op matters and related real estate issues.
Anticipated salary range for New York, NY: $275,000 to $325,000. Standard benefits and potential contingent compensation apply.
- J.D. and admission (or pending admission) to the New York bar
- Experience with condominiums, cooperatives or related real estate transactional and governance matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively on a specialized team
