Associate — Construction Defect Litigation, Costa Mesa

Highly regarded regional office seeks a construction defect associate to join a busy construction litigation practice in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on insurance-defense and construction-related civil litigation across all phases of litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include case management, discovery, motion practice, and handling hearings, depositions, and trials or arbitrations under the supervision of experienced trial attorneys. Candidates will join a collaborative team that handles high-exposure property and personal-injury matters.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience; construction defect and/or insurance-defense experience preferred
• Active admission to the California Bar required
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills; courtroom and deposition experience a plus
