Associate — Construction Defect Litigation, Las Vegas

Seeking an associate to join a large national construction litigation team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on defense-side construction defect and insurance-related litigation, handling all phases of cases from discovery through trial.

Ideal candidates will have strong research and writing skills and experience with case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. Admission to the Nevada bar is required. The group works collaboratively with litigators across the country and handles complex, high-exposure matters.

• J.D. and admission to the Nevada Bar
• Approximately 1+ years of litigation experience; insurance-defense experience preferred
• Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, and courtroom proceedings (hearings, depositions, trials)
• Strong legal research, writing, and client-communication skills
