Apply in confidence →Senior associate-level role within a national Construction & Energy practice based in Sydney. You will contribute to front-end project work on major infrastructure and energy developments, advising on transactions from development through delivery.
The team advises across energy and renewables, transport, water, public infrastructure and large commercial developments, acting for developers, contractors, government and consultants on complex, often cross-border, matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile projects, mentoring from experienced partners and opportunities for secondments and international collaboration.
- Approximately 3 years' PQE in construction law.
- Experience at a top-tier or leading international firm preferred.
- Strong technical drafting, contract and commercial advisory skills; front-end infrastructure and renewables experience (solar, wind, BESS) desirable.
- Experience on major projects/PPPs and ability to manage client relationships and take initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication, teamwork and flexibility to work across jurisdictions.
