National construction and infrastructure transactions team seeks a 3–6 year associate to join the Boulder office. The group handles large-scale energy, transportation and industrial infrastructure projects and regularly negotiates EPC, design‑build, alternative delivery, supply/purchase, service/engineering and consulting agreements.

The role requires independent drafting and negotiation of complex construction contracts, advising on risk allocation, indemnities, insurance and bonding, and working with multidisciplinary project teams. The practice offers direct partner mentorship, client contact early in career development, and opportunities on matters of national significance.

The position follows a hybrid in‑office policy (approximately three days per week) to balance collaboration and flexibility.

  • 3–6 years of construction‑focused transactional experience (EPC, design‑build, alternative delivery preferred)
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating construction and infrastructure contracts and advising on risk allocation, indemnities, insurance and bonding
  • Excellent legal writing and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail
  • Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or ability to become admitted) in the hiring jurisdiction
