Senior associate-level role within a well-established Australian disputes team handling construction and insurance matters. You will work on a mix of front‑end contract/risk advice and back‑end dispute work including payment claims, adjudications, contract and defect disputes, and complex insurance coverage and liability matters.

The team acts for a broad client base across construction, infrastructure, energy/renewables and commercial sectors, and for national and global insurers and related stakeholders. 1–5 years’ post‑qualification experience, ideally from a reputable law firm
Experience in construction law and/or insurance defence (general liability, professional indemnity) preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills with excellent attention to detail
Organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities
