Associate — Construction Professional Indemnity, London

Join a specialist Construction Professional Indemnity team in London handling complex, high‑value PI and professional negligence disputes. You will work on a wide range of matters for insurer and insured clients, including coverage, notifications, strategic claim management and multi‑jurisdictional disputes.

The role involves defending claims against construction professionals, advising on policy and risk issues, and managing formal dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. You will collaborate with a national and international team and support the growth of the Construction PI practice.

• 4–7 years PQE in Construction Professional Indemnity and/or professional negligence litigation.
• Experience acting for insurers or insureds in PI disputes; construction sector experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, professional duties and technical documentation.
• Excellent legal analysis, drafting and case management skills; confident client handling.
• Team‑focused, with experience supervising junior colleagues and contributing to business development.
