Associate — Construction (Sydney)

The team handles transactional and contentious work across the lifecycle of infrastructure and energy projects, including advisory, claims management, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience (private practice or in‑house)
• Demonstrated construction law expertise, including dispute resolution experience (advisory and/or litigation)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timeframes
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills; commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Right to work in Australia and qualification to practise law in Australia
