Apply in confidence →We are seeking an experienced construction disputes associate to join a large, national construction group in Toronto. The role offers active involvement on matters for owners, contractors, subcontractors and sureties across public and private construction and infrastructure projects.
Day-to-day work will include litigation and dispute resolution, advising on defaults and insolvencies, drafting and negotiating procurement and construction contracts, and advising on liens and trust issues. The position provides significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities for career development within a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice.

- 4–6 years post-qualification experience in construction and infrastructure law, with a focus on disputes
- Background advising on surety/bond matters, defaults/insolvencies, construction liens and related litigation
- Experience drafting and negotiating procurement and construction contracts
- Strong analytical, written and oral advocacy skills; team-oriented and client-facing
