Associate – Leasing (Real Estate)

Top-tier Canadian law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Leasing practice. This is a client-facing role within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting commercial leasing matters across multiple offices.

The successful lawyer will work on document preparation, contract drafting and review, file analysis and routine negotiations, with opportunities to lead matters with minimal supervision and to mentor junior lawyers.

• Minimum 3 years of leasing experience in private practice or in-house counsel role
• Strong drafting and contract-review skills; experience negotiating commercial leases
• Client-facing experience and ability to run routine leasing matters with limited supervision
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills; team-oriented
