Associate — Commercial Real Estate, Ottawa

Join a national commercial real estate team in Ottawa advising on complex transactions, mixed‑use developments, leasing, construction and infrastructure projects. The role offers client-facing responsibility on sizeable commercial matters and exposure to multi‑disciplinary files.

You'll work within a collaborative team environment with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and develop technical expertise in financing, acquisitions, dispositions and development agreements. Bilingual candidates (English/French) are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial real estate transactions (including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing).
• Experience with mixed‑use development, infrastructure projects and construction contracts an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication; proven team player.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
