Join a busy commercial real estate team in Ottawa handling complex, high-value transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and infrastructure projects. The role offers exposure to financing, mixed-use and construction matters within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice.

You will work closely with senior lawyers, take direct client-facing responsibilities and have opportunities to mentor more junior lawyers while developing technical expertise and commercial judgment.

Minimum 3 years' post-call experience in commercial real estate transactions (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing)
Experience with mixed-use development, infrastructure and construction contracts an asset
Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication, and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
