Associate, Real Estate — Montréal

Join a busy real estate group in the firm’s Montréal office, working on high‑value acquisitions, sales, financings, joint ventures and development matters. You will participate on deal teams from day one and support transactions across the lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated real estate clients and transactions and requires comfortable collaboration with senior lawyers and other practice groups. The team handles cross‑border matters and works in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• 2–5 years PQE in real estate law (Canadian experience preferred)
• Strong academic record and demonstrated experience in a high‑calibre real estate practice
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a team
