Associate — Content, Media & Entertainment (Los Angeles or Century City)

Mid-level associate opportunity on a busy Content, Media & Entertainment team based in Los Angeles or Century City. The group advises on a broad range of industry matters including transactional work, regulatory issues, emerging platforms, and disputes, and regularly appears before courts and governmental agencies.

The role offers exposure to fast-moving, complex matters and involves client counseling, fact development, legal research, strategic analysis, drafting, and occasional oral advocacy. The team values collaborative work, practical problem-solving, and engagement in pro bono matters.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in media, entertainment, IP, or related litigation/transactional work
• Membership in the California bar required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; commitment to pro bono representation
