• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience in contentious trusts, private wealth disputes or trust litigation
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills; comfortable handling contested probate, trust variation and trustee breach matters
• Experience working on cross-border disputes and with high-net-worth clients preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships
